Hey Everyone =)
This has been a challenging month due to so many obstacles that came my way. I do try to stay positive and centered but damn…I just needed to cry and have a mini breakdown the other day. Although I do keep a smile on my face most of the time, it does not mean that I have all my stuff together.
My yoga practice does sustain me but sometimes my body needs a bit more and needs to be pushed in a different way. In addition to my yoga practice I’ve been incorporating HIIT training and Pilates. I love physical challenges especially when I know I need to get rid of energy that’s just not serving me.
How do you physically help yourself to deal with the challenges and obstacles that come your way? What helps you to keep moving forward and not stay in the mud?
