As we enter the coldest months of winter this is a great time to be reminded that we can find healing and restore ourselves in the warm embrace of stillness. What does stillness feel like to you? what does it sound like to you? I encourage you to pause and to truly pay attention so that in turn you can find that inner peace that we so desperately seek sometimes.
Especially during the holiday seasons. Not only can the holiday season be chaotic but when you top it off with Covid it can make it even more challenging. This is why it is imperative for our wellbeing to always try and find some time for stillness and quietude. My prayer for you is that in times of stress, noise, illness and chaos that you find time to find safety within the stillness, may you find freedom within the stillness and may you come home to your truth and heart inside the stillness.
