Where do I even begin? Because most of us will be celebrating Thanksgiving I would like to start off thanking you for your feedback. It is because of your help that I landed on my new brand name and I hope you love it as much as I do. I am Mindful Yoga with Alma! This aligns with me and it feels right. I’m so excited to see where this journey will take us and I’m super grateful that you will join me on this journey.
My website is under construction and am hoping to go live in January. I’m so excited to share it with you soon. This work hasn’t been easy. It has challenged me in ways that I’ve never been challenged before. I was constantly reminded that there is wisdom in the discomfort. For me to sit with the unease of things. (Does this sound familiar to you?) To focus on all that I have done to get to this point and cultivate gratitude for the obstacles, because these obstacles are the way, these obstacles are my teachers. Om Gam GanaPataye Namaha! This Mantra has helped me so much throughout my journey. The mantra for new beginnings, the Gansha Mantra. I often tell people that this mantra is asking the Divine to help guide you through the challenges that come your way, to help maneuver through the obstacles that are as heavy as boulders and to be humble enough to understand that sometimes, the obstacle is yourself. I can tell you that I have often found myself standing in my own way. The road to success, happiness, joy, health and wealth isn’t straight and narrow. The road is often rocky, curvy, hilly, uneven, dark, unpaved, rainy, cloudy, sunny, shady, cold, and warm, paved, and smooth. It is up to us how we keep looking forward and moving forward. The choice is ours. Don’t let the the uneven road up ahead keep you from the best version of yourself. Keep going.
———————————————————————————————————It feels like I’ve gone from zero to 60 in a hot second, and I am ready. Namaste Yoga, and Strong Foundations have partnered with me to offer Mindful yoga with Alma. The class that they have requested is one of the most loved class, Slow Flow and Yin. I’m so looking forward to sharing yoga to the public again. Please know that your wellbeing is of utmost importance and we are practicing social distancing. This is why space is super limited. If you are interested in joining me, please check in to see if there is availability.
The Yin Yoga Zoom class is no longer donations based. It is now $10 to join. However, I would encourage you all to invite someone to join us for Free. This is what I call “Buy One, Give One” This is our chance to pay it forward. Think of that one person that you know in your heart can really benefit from the stillness, the meditation, the decompression and rejuvenation of what Yin has to offer. Please give me a heads up when you’ve invited your person =)
